Around twenty clients from various organizations visited us at kornhamnstorg last thursday. It was time for the first client seminar of this fall with the theme: How to unlock locked positions and become a more effective team”. We shared our method for conflict resolution. The method, when accurately used, facilitates the  functional use of information imbedded in the conflict to integrate differences instead of encapsulating them so that the team´s potential for creativity is locked. We hope that those of you that participated left the seminar with something new and thoughtful. We much appreciate the mutual sharing in these meetings and we have already begun to think of a theme for our next seminar.
